§ 01The loop
- Teacher Portal — read your briefing (attendance to mark, notes, ungraded, admin activity).
- Attendance — mark your homeroom every day.
- Gradebook — create assignments, enter scores.
- Lesson Plans — draft and submit weekly notes.
- CBT — set quizzes when you need them.
§ 02Attendance
- States: Present · Late · Absent. Shortcut: Mark all present then fix exceptions, then Save.
- Reason codes (Late/Absent): Sick · Medical appointment · Bereavement · Travel · Religious observance · School activity · Suspension · Other.
- Window: today + last 7 days. Older dates → ask an admin.
- Fix a saved mark with Correct; review past days via View attendance history.
§ 03Gradebook
- Assignment = Title + Category (CA or Exam) + Max score.
- Create & start grading drops you on the score grid.
- The portal's Grade now link finds anything ungraded.
§ 04CBT
- Question types: MCQ — single answer · MCQ — multiple answers · True / False.
- Build while draft; questions lock once published. Reset attempt lets a student retake.
§ 05Term wrap-up checklist
- ☐ All assignments graded for every student
- ☐ Conduct ratings entered (homeroom)
- ☐ Subject remarks written
- ☐ Per-student comments written (homeroom)
- ☐ Readiness banner clear → tell your admin to publish
