"Attendance shows no classes to mark"

Attendance lists only the classes you teach as homeroom. If yours is missing, you aren't set as its homeroom teacher yet — ask your school admin to set you as homeroom on the class. (You may still teach subjects in classes you don't mark attendance for.)

"Gradebook says I have no subjects"

You're graded on the subjects you're assigned to teach in a class. If the list is empty, ask your admin to add you as a subject teacher for the class in School Admin.

"It won't let me mark a date"

Teachers can mark today or any day in the last 7 days. For anything older, the screen tells you it's outside your window — ask a school admin to backfill that date.

"I can't create an assignment or quiz"

If you see a message about no current term, your school hasn't set the current term yet. Ask your admin to set it in School Admin → Settings, then reload.

"My quiz won't let me edit the questions"

Questions can only be edited while a quiz is a draft. Once you publish, they lock so students all sit the same test. If you must change something, you'll need to close it and build a new one.

"My lesson note is locked"

A note locks while it's Submitted (awaiting review). If you need to change it, wait for your admin to return it, or ask them to send it back — then it reopens as Needs revision.
